For THICKEY studios, it began with a college email address: thickey@knights.ucf.edu.

What had started as nothing more than a username quickly became a nickname. Friends, classmates, and teammates all began calling me “THICKEY,” and over time it became part of my identity. Years later, it felt like the only name that could represent the work I create.

During those college years, I learned how to weld and fabricate for our Baja SAE team. Long hours in the shop introduced me to the satisfaction of transforming raw materials into something purposeful. That experience ignited a passion that has shaped every project since.

For more than a decade, I’ve pursued craftsmanship through furniture design, metal fabrication, and engineering. Continually refining techniques, exploring new materials, and embracing the belief that exceptional work is never rushed.

THICKEY Studios was founded on the idea that furniture should be more than functional, Every piece is thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted, and built to become part of a space for generations to come.

Because luxury is not defined by excess, it’s defined by intention, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
